Contrasting colors for text boxes

Several if not all text boxes mostly the filter search or preset naming blend in and don't look like text boxes. Please change the color so it's obvious they aren't just text. They blend in well and cause some confusion currently I'd guess this applies to all other games. Not just palia?

changing the placeholder text to make it more obvious you can "type here" could work as well
