Palia MapChecked rummage pile locations on palia.th.gl website, nothing there in game and in-game overlay shows nothing.

currently working on that. they seem server based. soem servers have one set and some have another. and you need to be lucky to randomly get the set the website shows. will hopefulyl be fixed by palia as im pretty sure they arent supposed to be doing that. however honestly the website is useless as if you visit the camp previously it actually shows the active camps on your ingame map. just use the interactive map to make sure you visit them all and your good. otherwise will most likely stay broken until palia fixes it themselves
ok
Re: campfire locations; I have found two different pairs of active locations among the servers my friends are on, but the pause menu says "north america" region for all of them, even on the server for a friend who lives in NZ. Seems like server hopping to grind artifacts similar to the Bloom event won't work, but they aren't in the same location for all servers like the Rummage Piles. Edit: Now all of the servers that I can access have the same pattern of campfire locations; the ones with the old pattern must have "aged out" of use. I wonder if this "multiple location" thing is caused by servers created after a certain time using a new daily location, unlike how the rummage piles (used to?) change location (note to self: confirm that rummage piles change as expected or if they only spawn in new location on new servers)
these are the current piles for me on different servers. first one on one server, second one on two servers; and for reference the website

This is a different issue, can you create a new thread?
oh shit i thought i was in the palia map general chat. my bad, though a thread woudl be good as well
When I switched servers, I'd open the map to see where the 'campsite' locations shifted to, that's where I'd go for the rummage/dig piles
10 campsites, 'can' be different on different servers, when it was busy and lots of people moving around different servers, you could access 4-6 different campsites a day, if not all when the first couple of days were so busy
to note: sometimes I'd have 1 stay in the same spot and the 2nd one would be elsewhere but then when I switched servers again, #2 stayed and #1 changed locations I didn't see a pattern but as things slowed, the 'same' 2 is starting to get more prevalent realization: the in game map, itself, does update with the white campsite markers - so I wasn't using THGL when I'd hop servers
This seems to be an issue in the elderwoods too, the 2 dig piles on my server do not match the website at all.
oh nevermind, I found the issue
what was it because i think im having the same issue? and what are the correct locations? nvm. foudn them, but what was it because i think im having the same issue
The issue in the elderwoods was my error. I had a brain fart and changed the posting time on my bot. I changed it back, forced it to post and they were correct this time.
This is odd. This is what is showing up on the website for the dig locations for tomorrow. Except these are the exact locations where the dig piles were today.

The rummage piles don't reset at the same time on all servers. The scanner probably got an old server.
So I've been having my bot take screenshots of the 4 maps at 9:30, reset is at 9 pm. Should I maybe have it wait till 10 you think?
I really need to get my butt in gear and get that bot hosted online instead of on my computer then it's not dependent on me being online.
or wait no that wouldn't work
cause it only scans once
Honestly I've got no idea when the best time to take a screengrab would be. Some of the old servers stick around for another 12 or 15 hours, or the piles reset again around that time at any rate, I don't think this isn't something that can be fixed by just waiting
yea I realized that
Only way I see to know for sure is to find them ourselves and then post the locations.
And even then, there's no guarantee that *you're* on the same server as anyone who would be looking at the map
most of the time that I check, there are at least two different sets of campsites (although if two servers have the same campsite active at the same time, *that* campsite will be dug on the second server I find it on)
