Hagga Basin Map De-sync

Map for Hagga is always lagging well behind where the character is. it seems to work fine on all the other maps but anytime we are in Hagga it lags horribly. most times it is still trying to show me flying my initial pass over Hagga at least a half hour later after i have gone to a few different maps and back to Hagga. starting the app while on a different map lets it work untill we go back to Hagga. logs uploaded.
