High Contrast Support

Hey mates... Not sure if I am an unique case, but I do have visual problems that would often need like High Contrast options. Not sure if there is any way to deal with it when it comes to other apps that conflict with Window's High Contrast, but if there isn't on the app, is it possible to make one? Or if it is a Window's thing, one can help me make sure I can like see at least the toggle for the "Audio Alert"
