"In-Game Hotkeys Not Triggering/No Effect" [CompanionApp + OverWolf

Hello, and hopefully a good day, as well. The primary purpose of reporting this "In-Game Hotkeys Not Triggering/No Effect" bug/issue is to inform of the current issue I've had for almost 2 and a half months now. When I'm playing Wuthering Waves, have already launched the Companion App (CA) or even the OverWolf App (OWA) as Administrator before launching the game, the result is the same: The In-Game Hotkeys do not work. ADDITIONAL DETAILS MENTION(ed): - Keyboard, Virtual Keyboard, Controller; All fail to induce a hotkey to perform the intended function. - All hotkeys are affected. - When in Wuthering Waves, pressing the hotkey VIA any of the ways it can be invoked, and especially noticeable while using a controller, cause it to "press" the key in game, and have no effect on the hotkey being used in OWA nor the CA. - The game recognizes it as an in-game attempt to invoke the keyboard/controller; no effect on the triggering of the Hotkey function in both OWA and the CA. - I attempted a LOT of different things to see what the cause was, but after all of this time (2 months ~2 weeks) I was unable to deduce what is the actual cause. - I tried launching each of these, in every facet of variable-order, meaning that I did each of these things in every combination I could imagine, to see if anything I did would make any difference: *Reboot PC; *Starting WuWa/Steam/OWA_CA as Administrator && possible combinations; *Running CA or OWA first -> Second and vice-versa; *Elevating Priority from the Task Manager (Win11); *Launching OWA, CA, Steam, WuWa, etc... via Shortcut/Steam/Taskbar/Program Files; *Live Mode/Non; *2nd Screen/1 Screen; *In-Game Overlay/Non; *OWA/CA Hotkey change of the Gamepad Button/Keyboard/Numpad/Virtual Keyboard: result is the same; *Priority of one, or another over one or the other; *"Always On Top"/Normal; *WuWa Settings: Fullscreen, Windowed, Different Resolution, and more; *Compatibility Mode && all combinations; *High DPI Settings; *Reinstallations of WuWa (HUGE PAIN), OWA, CA, Steam; *Steam open/Running/Not Running/Restricted/Full Access; *Graphics Settings Changes/Overrides/Defaults/Graphics Card Reinstallations/App Specific Overrides; *SYSTEM Environmental Variable Inclusion; *Driver Uninstalls/Reinstall/Updates/Driver Version Reverts; --- and... more. Without knowing what else to try, I can't provide more details; YET. I'll happily test any other aspects you might consider, and provide additional details if you tell me what you'd like me to supply you with; just let me know. I don't have a working app at the moment that can video record both screens at once, but any other data should be simple and easy to provide for you. I am a lot of things, and a Developer/Dev Consultant is a small reference; meaning that I likely already have and am very familiar with all of the tools needed to figure it out with your direction.
