[CD⏳] Anvil and Grindstone mixed?

Crimson DesertAnvils and grindstones are 2 separate things, one buffs armor the other buffs weapons, the crafting section has only Anvil and seems to be mixed with grindstones. Mapgenie and THGL map screenshots for reference.
