I like to use the Show/Hide hotkey bound to an extra button on my controller to hide the overlay to navigate menus for equipment/quests, but when I unhide the overlay it stops my game from being the active window and my controller stops working until I use the mouse to click the game window to make it active again. I mentioned this to my GF who introduced me to this app because she uses the Palia overlay and she says it does the same on that one too.
