It always says it's lower than me, so maybe it's really there under the ground? But I have no way to tell if it is or isn't a map bug.

Is this an issue for all titanium and stravitium in hagga? or can you find some of them?

There isn't any in Hagga Basin, it's ore that's exclusive to the Deep Desert.
