One-time payment option

I love the satisfactory map and its features, and I'd love to support you for it! I just hate the subscription style of payments, specifically because I don't plan on using any other maps or features for different games. Instead of paying monthy for just one map, I'd really love to just spend $5-$10 on a permanent unlock of the one map I use and all its features. I understand this adds a level of complexity to your whole situation, and it's not something you can just throw together easily. I just want this post as evidence that there are people out there like me who found your product, and would gladly give for a single feature if it meant spending money only once. You could even charge me another single payment if you had to do major changes to the map if the game updates, I would be fine with that as well! I just thing the subscription style of business is a cancer and I want my money to be easily exchanged for your quality work as it comes. Thank you for your efforts, I'll be subscribing for a month to show my appreciation!

Thx for the feedback. For me, one-time payments are not easy to implement. I don't sell a book or something which doesn't receive updates. Games are changing and I have to spend time on making sure the maps and apps are updated as well. Subscriptions are making sure, I can do that and users don't get false expectations. If I would support one-time payment for a single game, I would have to support refunds too. In addition, I would have to support another payment provider because Patreon is not supporting one-time payments. With subscriptions, it's possible for me to give long-term support for the games and add new games every few months. And I am working on features all the time which are implemented in all games (e.g. peer link, whiteboard,...). This is not game specific. I understand that it's not the best solution if you are only using one app, but compare it with services like Netflix. You are interested in a single series or movie, so you have to subscribe to it. Afterwards, make sure to cancel the subscription. Having a single subscription makes it much easier for me to maintain it. I started with a subscription per game, but this ended in too many issues. People asking for discounts or asking why they have to pay again, if they already paid for a similar product of mine. Plus, the new THGL App (Satisfactory is one of the games which are not supported yet, but most others are) is a multi-game app. I am sorry, that I can't give you a better answer. As a solo dev, I need to find solutions which are working well for me. I recommend directly canceling your subscription or check out the annual subscription.
