Is it possible to add a transparent "border" to filter the map by its Region? Example: I can show only Stuff related to "Port City of Guixu" Like in the Picture?

Sadly, I couldn't find the data in the game files. Thus, this should have be added by hand. If you like, you can use the drawing tool to create the border by yourself and share it with the community.
