I use the companion app's mini map to quickly locate Shipwrecks & Testing Stations in the Deep Desert, but when I enter the buildings I have to close the app completely since the mini map is distracting from what's on the screen, even with the transparency setting all the way down. I'd prefer to hide it along with other companion app UI items when clicking on "Hide Controls".
